Mind-Body Fertility Workshop - January 16, 2008

The Mind/Body Fertility Workshop is an oasis for many women searching for answers. Some women are employing medical intervention. Some are trying non-traditional approaches, life-style changes, nutrition, meditation, herbs, acupuncture... No matter which or how many methods one uses, the information available to the fertility conscious community can be overwhelming. Yet the experience can also be very isolating.

This workshop has helped hundreds of women on the path to building their families. It’s a safe environment to reveal the thoughts that are disturbing and possibly unfamiliar. It’s a sacred space for exploring one’s inner landscape, discovering assets long untapped and cultivating inner strengths that will serve you well and transform this difficult struggle into an experience in which wisdom and insight become your companions.

Whichever path you choose, the Mind/Body Workshop will help you to cultivate skills that are yours forever to employ in any challenging or difficult situation. As you integrate the stress reducing methods into your daily life, you are increasing your chances of conception and moving through the process with a stronger sense of “choice” and confidence.

Heal From Within – New Office Location

The office of Heal from Within will be moving from its current location on Wisconsin Avenue to a new office building, just one block from the Tenleytown Metro stop. It’s a lovely office on a quiet side street. The move will take place the weekend of February 9-10. We’ll have a big Open House celebration in March to which you are all invited! For now, there are lots of preparations under way. I’m very excited about the new space. You’ll hear from me again about the open house and I hope to see you all there!
