What to Expect

Your acupuncture session is likely to include the insertion of needles at specific points on your body. The location and number of needles will vary each session. Your treatment may include acupressure, without needles as well. There may also be nutritional recommendations and the practice of relaxation techniques. 

Dress comfortably for your appointment. Plan to be here for an hour and a half for your first session and for a full hour for subsequent sessions. When you schedule an appointment, that time is yours. It belongs to you only. I need 48 hours notice for cancellation, as do most businesses. Same day cancellation is not good for your karma, or mine. Please call my office. Do not e-mail a cancellation. 

Payment is due upon receipt of your treatment. I accept MasterCard, VISA, check or cash.

Many insurance plans now cover acupuncture treatments. It varies by state and insurance company. I will provide a receipt so that you may file for reimbursement.
